Mr. Sandeep Arora
Sandeep has a passion for reality and actively consulting in real estate for last 3 decades. He has deep insights into NCR reality market and has a sharp eye to pick deals and structure innovative transactions creating long term value. He has been actively engaged with a large customer base of NRIs, HNIs and corporates for buying /leasing Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Farmlands. He has previously held leadership roles at KPMG and EY. He completed his MBA from FMS Delhi and is an engineer from NIT Kurukshetra. Sandeep likes spending his free time with family and tending to his kitchen garden.
Naveen has over one decade of rich experience in real estate industry covering sales, land acquisition, leasing (commercial & residential properties). He leads the sales ecosystem, client development and channel management functions at EarthZ. He brings deep market knowledge and an extended ecosystem to help uncover the right priced deals. A perfect team player, Naveen leads from front and is always there to support his team. He has done his post-graduation in business management and has worked with leading realty firms of NCR. An avid marathoner, he has a “never give up” attitude when it comes to client service.

Abhinav has a deep-rooted passion for Reality and Digital Technology. He brings structure and strategic thinking in the real estate journey for customers to create long term value. His focus on doing the right homework but steering clear of analysis-paralysis is critical in todays in-flux real estate market. He presently leads the Marketing and Digital Sales for Earthz. He has previously built an illustrious career across professional services firms like Deloitte, Grant Thornton, KPMG and Adobe. He has been actively involved with several digital start-ups and non-profits.
